The Venice Jazz Club

And finally, later that day we landed at the Venice Jazz Club for some fine tunes.

International Pavilion

At the International Pavilion we were welcomed by Maurizio Catalan

The mysterious Cindy Sherman always intrigues me

Norma Jeane, a 49 year old LA artist made a fantastic mess - take a look at how it all started..down below

The room was initially WHITE

Scandinavian French Korean Spanish American and Dutch Pavilions

Scandinavian my favorite!!

Christian Boltanski representing France

Uplifting Korean Pavilion with hidden surprises at every corner

Spanish Pavilion hosting a conversation

The American Attraction just outside its pavilion

The brilliant Dutch Pavilion featuring: The Theater

Israeli Pavillion: Sigalit Landau

One Man's Floor Is Another Man's Feelings

As we entered the pavilion we were struck by subdued atmosphere - atypical to Sigalit, and a masculine pavilion made of pipes, pump, a cave, water ladders, negotiating table, watermelons, shoes, and a video of salted lake.

The Israeli pavilion did not meet my expectations, but included interesting issues, nevertheless, like the big water issue and the unique proposal to build a 'Crystal Bridge' that will connect Israel and Jordan across the Dead Sea.
